USMTS release:
BREAKING NEWS: 11-11-19 From Todd Staley.........11:20am
Ok I just got off the phone with CRay down at the 81 Speedway in Park City, KS and I put out a message to a bunch of USMTS and USRA drivers about bringing some used tires to the track. Friday night NCRA drivers can use there tires but on Saturday night we want to make sure the field is even on rules and rear tire must be American Racer. If any of the NCRA drivers are looking for either used or new tires we will have both at the track. No need to stay home when you have the biggest race ever at the track for modifieds. $10,002 to win and $1,202 to just start the race! Not a bad payout for a one day show for modifieds! I understand not wanting to buy new tires for one show but we will have both tires used and new ones at the track just let us know what you need! We hope to see everyone this weekend at the 81 Speedway in Park City, KS for the Chisholm Trail Showdown and Grant Junghans Memorial race Friday and Saturday night!
It is the final weekend of the 2019 race season for the USMTS and weather is looking a lot better. Super excited for this weekend as it is the 4th Annual Grant Junghans Memorial Race and the Chisholm Trail Showdown together. Friday night $3,000 to win and Saturday night $10,002 to win. B-Mods will also be running on Friday night and Saturday night. B-Mod rules will be Southern Sportmod rules, Northern Sportmod Rules or USRA B-Mod rules! If running USRA B-Mods you can run a five inch spoiler we allowed that at last Chisholm race and racing was very close! B-mods will be racing for $500 to win and $75 to start on Friday night and $1,002 to win and $122 to start on Saturday night! Modifieds will be racing for $3,000 to win and $250 to start on Friday night and $10,002 to win and $1,202 on Saturday night! This will be a very good weekend as Sunday would of been Grant's birthday! Exciting news along with USMTS regulars we have got word that Brandon Sheppard, Chase Junghans both WOO Late Model Drivers will be racing Hughes Chassis Modifieds and long time Late Model driver Jimmy Mars will be in action driving Rodney Sanders back-up car! This will be it for the 2019 race season so make plans to attend a great event with money being donated back to the Grant Junghans Foundation on Saturday night! Start times are moved up and we can promise you we will run thru the show quickly to get people on the road early!
We want to thank our great sponsors for this event
